In the course of the restructuring of the Austrian investment company Erste Asset Management GmbH,  a cross-border merger of Investiční společnost České spořitelny and Erste Asset Management GmbH took place in autumn 2015. Due to the merger, all rights and obligations of Investiční společnost České spořitelny will transfer to Erste Asset Management GmbH, which operates in the Czech Rebuplic through its branch Erste Asset Management GmbH, pobočka Česká republika.

Throughout the time ISCS is operating on the capital market as part of Česká spořitelna  and its Financial Group.
